Pollstar.com reports Khoroshev walked off the stage during the show for a quick break, and sat on the lap of a female security guard. He allegedly tried to hug and kiss her then bit her neck. After the show, Khoroshev allegedly attacked another female security guard in a similar fashion. He was later arrested in his dressing room and charged with sexual battery. Khoroshev was released on $1,000 bail. In a statement, Yes was cautious about the situation. "As the matter is currently under investigation, the members of Yes cannot comment on the allegations against side musician Igor Khoroshev," the statement read. "The members of Yes wish to stress that they do not tolerate violence against women."
